Homelessness Liaisons Made a Difference in 2025

The Homelessness Liaisons empower communities to work towards providing care, resources, guidance and outreach services in conjunction with local government agencies, community stakeholders and nonprofit, community-based organizations, bridging the Neighborhood Council system and the broader community efforts to serve those experiencing homelessness. 

With a focus on information sharing, liaison gathering, and partnership building, the Homelessness Liaisons made great strides in their work to address homelessness across all twelve Neighborhood Council service regions.
