LA City Planning just released the Missing Middle LA Draft Ordinances for public review and comment. The proposed ordinances would create a range of missing middle housing types including ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units), duplexes, and small-lot homes, to help address the growing housing need while balancing the character of existing neighborhoods.
