Eli Wells
As a resident of this community for over 30 years, I have served to improve and make our community
safe and enjoyable to live along with maintaining its historical surrounding. My involvement with LVTIA
to address community concerns and issues drew me into working to help make things better here. I
currently serve on the Board of FTDNC, President of Lake View Terrace Improvement Association and a
business owner.
My background is accounting, finance, auditing, taxes, and non-profits start-ups. Graduated from
California State University at Los Angeles with a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Masters Degree
from the Kings University.
